Practical information
You can come to Asiat Park by car. However, we recommend using public transportation.
By car:
Although there are sufficient parking spaces for our congress visitors at Asiat Park, we recommend carpooling. The more people in one car, the more sustainable it is. That is why we charge a limited fee of five euros per parking space and ask you to purchase a parking ticket in advance when you register. One week in advance, we will assign you your own parking space in your name.
Public transportation:
Vilvoorde Railway Station is located at the line Brussels-Antwerp. In front of the railway station, you can take several busses. Your bus stop is Vilvoorde Kerkhof. From there you only have to walk 250 meter to the main entrance of Asiat Park (Mechelsesteenweg 255, 1800 Vilvoorde). Recommended busses from Vilvoorde Railway Station are line 1 to Grimbergen Verbrande brug (3th stop) and line 82 to Mechelen Station (3th stop).
Shuttle service:
Our partner Get Driven will also provide free shuttle services for the visitors of our congress. Upon arrival at the railway station, you will be dropped off directly at the entrance of the congress. At least one week before the congress, all participants will receive an email with practical information. This email will also contain more information about the exact times of the shuttle service.
